Barrett Hospital Foundation began operating in an official capacity in 1989 to secure crucial funding to support programs and services for Southwestern Montana's growing population.

Barrett Hospital Foundation provided 33.9% of all Capital Equipment to Barrett Hospital & HealthCare in 2022.
